Health tip for today: Have your iron regularly. Green leafy veggies, brinjals, apples, chikku, guava, dates, beetroot are very good and easily liked sources. Indian females specially have been found deficient in iron. so girls and ladies, dont ignore your health. Having spinach is better than having to take iron injections..!!
